In this post I'll tell you about a problem that I faced when I used ZML for the first time. So I signed-up, activated my account and downloaded my favourite Terminator 2: Judgment Day in HD quality. The problem was that the movie had only sound but no picture. Imagine how disappointed I was?! I e-mailed ZML customer support and they told me that I didn't have necessary codecs installed on my PC( I just bought a new laptop a couple of days ago). So after installing the codecs everything worked perfect!
